This is the mattress placed in the guest's room. Although I personally found it a bit hard, our guests did not complain about it and expressed their satisfaction. Don't understand but it's good that they are satisfied.

The only downside is that there is some plastic odor from the packaging. Not a very nice smell. But the odor went away after I opened the mattress and aired it out for a few hours. Not a big problem.

If anyone is crying that this bed is bad, that's just nonsense. Because the two mattresses I've owned before were memory foam and so soft they swallowed me up in a heartbeat. However this bed is just the right amount of firmness! The bottom half has spring coils so I'm not in it but on top of the mattress and it's much more comfortable. I can't say enough about the bed, the packaging, the company's delivery service and the price. Can't go wrong with this price especially. It was a very good buy.

We changed it to a memory foam mattress because the memory foam was too soft. The hybrid mattress was ok, at least it had spring support. It was very firm and very friendly to my back.

After using this mattress for a week, I really like this mattress. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, and the hair I dropped on the bed is easy to clean. The padding on the top of the mattress is enough to not feel the springs underneath.
Also, it prevents my back pain, which is one of the main reasons why I love it.
